This refund policy applies to subscriptions to PROPTRAC.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.

How to request a refund

• Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order details to request a refund or view your invoices.
• You can also contact us and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the billing section inside the app or through Paddle. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
